Ciao a tutti!

Due to our fire that occurred on May 12, 2026, we are temporarily closed ... however, we are in the process of remediation & rebuilding! So we WILL be back! We’ve heard all the rumors and just remember that this is JUST ME, so no-one else is making decisions for me, so I am the only source of the truth for now. And I will pour my heart into this project. It is hard to say projected reopening as the damage has been progressively worse than originally thought. The fire itself did very little except in the crawl space beneath the roof, but the water damage to put out the fire, permeated every crevice, so even Sotto has a long road ahead as we’ve torn out most ceilings and walls to studs in all the public spaces. The good news is that NOW is the time to do every update & upgrade I have dreamed of, but was just too busy to implement. So the silver lining will be that what is to come will be better than ever, with a thoughtful flow, amazing online ordering & waitlisting (instead of standing in line) … and overall the Parisi & Sotto spaces will transform into its' best versions.

Grazie,

Christine Parisi

Frequently Asked Questions

Anticipated reopening?
Very early to say but late spring 2027 possibly.

Where can we find the latest updates?
There will be a box added at the top of this page where we will post any substantial updates. Parisi’s instagram is also a great place to stay updated @PARISIDenver.

What will be changing?
PARISI menu will be “mostly" the same but pricing will be mildly adjusted. But please remember, I opened Parisi to be an affordable community staple, not a bougie, higher-priced fine-dining experience so it would go against my every value to do anything other than a place that families, young folks, people that want a no-fuss inexpensive (but nourishing) meal and our seasoned veterans can continue to feel a part of. PARISI is nothing without our community, so it would be silly to try to re-invent the wheel.

PARISIsotto will most likely transition to a self-sufficient, separately accessed special events space & private dining. With that said, special events will most likely be weekly and the spirit of Firenze a Tavola will live on with authentic Italian cuisine … but it may even be a space that allows for pop ups, meeting space & even guest chef events coordinated by folks who want to rent the full space. We are looking into an independent efficiency kitchen and restrooms to be added to the space.

I have a gift card with a pending balance, what should I do?
Hold onto it! We will rebuild the gift card system & have access to all of the data! Our plastic gift cards do not have an expiration date, so you shouldn’t have any issues using them.

Can we still book private parties in anticipation of re-opening?
It is too early to say yes to planning anything, but early 2027, we should have a clearer timeline and can possibly start to consider private party bookings. Stay tuned. In the meantime, having been in this industry for a long time, I have many contacts for recommendations, so please feel free to reach out and I’d be happy to connect you with a good fit for your event.

What caused the fire?
Something landed on our rooftop that slowly burned through the rubber membrane and caught the rafters on fire. It was presumed that the fire starter came from the pizza flue (an ember) but given that there weren’t any other scorch marks on our rooftop with 22 years of operating the same pizza oven, I’ve become a little more concerned about what actually started the fire. But we just need to keep looking forward.
