Yes, you will find the link to reserve on OpenTable here and at the top and bottom of the PARISI sotto pages … for special events, please note the start time and date accordingly so that you can fill it out on your reservation request. Many times, someone from our staff will call in advance to confirm your reservation. Some reservations may require a credit card to secure your request.

For the most part, these events are based on a communal, shared space so in most cases we cannot accommodate a separate table. It doesn’t hurt to ask though in some instances if you have a special anniversary … if we have our main dining room open the same night, we may be able to host some individual parties. Use this form to ask. Responses may take up to 72 hours.

Though we can create menus for various types of diets, we recommend reading through our allergy disclaimer for details, especially regarding severe allergies.

Cancellation policy will vary depending on the type of event. If you are reserving for yourself and guests, but are connecting with another party, please note that in your OpenTable reservation. We appreciate any other detailed info about any particular special event you are celebrating or dietary issues. Please read our allergy disclaimer though as we may not be able to accommodate all types of dietary issues. Reservation requests will not be accepted by phone or by email, unless otherwise noted in our event announcement.

Though we have hosted many events where individuals or companies bring in their own equipment (a/v, projectors, etc), we do not have any equipment on site. Please ask your party coordinator to show you our space so you will know best how to set up.

Step 1: read our private event page.

Step 2: send your request via the private party inquiry form, which prompts you through the steps of questions that help us best process the request.

Step 3: our event coordinator will be your liaison from that point forward. They will send you optional menus, make adjustments as needed and send a contract to be finalized by you.

A party isn’t booked until a menu selection has occurred, a contract has been signed & a payment method provided for the deposit.

Open Table will send a confirmation & series of reminders for special events. You will have direct contact with your coordinator for private parties.

For reservations, you will use Open Table for cancellations. For party-related questions or updates, you will have been provided a direct contact to our coordinator.

Groups of 6 or more will automatically have 20% added as well as private parties, as stipulated on your contract.

Just as a courtesy on busier nights where we have multiple seatings (Valentine’s Day, etc), we ask that you kindly adhere to a 90-minute max at your table. If for any reason there is a particular delay on our part, we will absolutely take that into consideration. Your server will let you know if there are any time constraints on your reservation on any particularly busy evenings.

As a general rule, PARISI sotto will not be a walk-in experience, usually needing to be reserved in advance, BUT don’t let that stop you from inquiring about a walk-in experience if you see we are open … sometimes special events won’t fill up and we can add a few walk-ins. Obviously we can’t allow any party crashers for private events, but we want the downstairs space to be flexible, so it can’t hurt to ask.

Besides a new mural & some minor tweaks, little has changed with the physical space… still the same charming & warm dining rooms & bar area but a whole new appreciation for how very special it once was. Please note that there are no restrooms and that patrons must use the restrooms upstairs at Parisi. The space is ONLY accessible by carpeted stairs. Not recommended for folks with mobility issues. We are always happy to accommodate anyone’s limitations to the best of our abilities though.

Initially, Thursday through Sunday evenings will be open 5pm-close, but the access will vary based on whether or not there is a private party or special event. PARISI sotto will not be open on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, except when holiday events falls on one of those days. Please note that private parties can be booked any days except Mondays and they may be booked for lunch OR dinner.

This would be classified as a regular reservation and you won’t need to do a private party booking, but we will offer a Chef’s tasting menu, perfect for couples celebrating special events, if you want to upgrade your experience.

Read the about us section for all the details … and don’t worry … Firenze inspired events will still take place & Florentine cuisine will still grace our menu.

It will be possible to cancel regular dining reservations 24 hours in advance through Open Table without penalty. Anyone cancelling within 24 hours before your reservation or no-shows will be charged $15 per guest on the reservation.

PARISI sotto will not be open at lunch unless a private event is booked during lunch hours.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT PRIVATE EVENTS AREN’T ALWAYS FULL BUYOUTS (but can be if you choose but will be priced accordingly). PARISI sotto will sometimes have a private or special event in the private dining room while simultaneously accommodating regular reservation dining in the main space OR VICE VERSA. Also, keep in mind that buyouts are premium pricing because you are paying for us to forego our normal dining reservations. Sometimes the logic is lost on that and seems extraordinarily expensive compared to a per person priced event using partial space.

Since PARISI sotto has its own identity and offers a more bespoke experience, we prefer to serve the menu items as listed on our Sotto menu. Many of the casual items, especially pizza, are already extremely maxed out on a high-volume night, so it just overloads our stations that are very busy.

it’s kind of “boring” for the littles compared to the energy upstairs, but we’ve had plenty of kids for regular dining & private events throughout the years. Just be sure to keep an eye that your littles are seated at all times. Many times we have guests visiting for a romantic celebration, and it could definitely infringe on the intimate experience they thought they were signing up for.

Some events, like our Christmas Eve event, are whole-family events and even my own kids grew up coming here. We just ask that you help our servers by keeping your littles seated and out of the way of our servers.

For private contracted events, it is your prerogative, especially when it’s a full buy-out. Please let us know how many kiddos will be present and their ages. Your party coordinator will discuss menu options for children. As for partial use of our spaces at PARISI sotto for a private party, we may make recommendations for dates depending on the nature of other events happening in the adjacent space, but we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
