To those of you visiting us for the first time AND those who have been anticipating the return of Firenze a Tavola, benvenuti & bentornati. As a way to re-open our beloved restaurant below Parisi, we will continue to have community table nights & wine dinners but have also revised the concept to include an assortment of new seasonal menus (with some familiar favorites) & a few new events! We also OFFICIALLY return to private party bookings with a more streamlined booking process. And now that Parisi is open on Sunday, you will see events & dining hours pop up on Sundays, too. The hours will vary and will typically be focused on weekends, but you can continue to check our events calendar & newsletters for details. Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays will be closed for regular dining (although Tuesdays & Wednesdays are available for private bookings).

Most importantly, we thank you for your patience and GRAZIE for all the “lovenotes” throughout the Pandemic (and beyond!), wishing us well and asking about our return. You will see that the space has remained mostly the same. As for the experience, we know it won’t be the exact same but that you will still see that I’m writing the menus with the same love of Tuscany & curating the events to feel familiar, but maybe even modernized a bit. Though we can’t bring back the old Firenze without building another kitchen, we are committed to make your experience memorable at our newly coined space called PARISI | sotto.
